What’s up my dudes it’s freaky Friday and I’m trying to look like a mutant today. No work for me today so it was a chill day for the most part. Got some decent sleep of about 8.5 hours which was nice but I had an appointment this morning so I had to get up, I would of like another hour or so but it’s whatever I’ve got the whole weekend to catch up and rest up. As my one last hurrah in my diet I saved up my carbs from today’s preworkout and a little extra from breakfast to enjoy a donut for my preworkout meal and it was fire so no harm done in terms of macros but definitely not the highest quality carbs I could be eating but that’s why it’s a one off. Coach wants me to tighten up a bit these next few weeks and I wouldn’t mind getting my abs to show just a tiny bit more for summer. I don’t need to be shredded like I was a couple months ago but having a defined shape would be nice, gotta be able to show out this summer after being a fat boy last year!
In preparation for this I cleaned the house out of any temptations so I can lock it down and make this mini cut a success so I can get back to growing for the rest of the cycle.
