The fact that i didnt gain any weight is why im looking for something stronger

your not going to find anything better then testosterone bro for adding size , weight, strength etc.. some will say tren ace, but even thats not a base steroid, your gear was fake or your doing something very wrong if you took testosterone enanthate and lost 5lbs
 
With the knowledge of my last cycle-do you still recomend tren ace and test?? Im 21 and have been lifting since i was 15 so I doubt i did some thing THAT wrong, it could Always be fake i guess. What should i do?
 
I wouldn't do tren quite yet.either fake gear or your not eating as much as you think. 3 to 4 k calories, you should be gaining just from that. One of the sponsors hear has quality test.

Hey guys, as I posted I have received my first order from PSL, I was doing some research about Dbol, one link said it's best to spread your dose throughout the day while another said take it all right before lifting. What's the best/most effective way to dose?
 
I'm a firm believer in the Test Deca Dbol stack. This works fine for me and has always yielded great results. I would like for the Dbol to be more potent however as I've really never blown up with Dbol but that could be because of my super clean diet. I'm still learning and growing but I'm definitely enjoying the experience.

Contrary to popular belief that was pushed upon us from "marketing agencies", protein intake does not have to be super high. Most people are multiplying body weight by some number. You do not need to feed your fat. Just your lean mass. I personally eat no more than 1.2 to 1.5 grams per LBM=Lean Body Mass.
So for our example, the 200 lb man with 170 lbs of LBM would only need LBM x 1.5 = ~ 255 grams of protein daily.
I know most ppl are mostly concerned with "Liver" values.. You need to watch your Kidneys folks.. But make no mistake about it, to much protein is Not healthy.. Just a thought.....................AnalogMan

this is a good post on protein intake! I myself barely fucking eat, and i carb cycle daily, and never needed 2.5 grams of protein per pound of my body weight, even just 2 grams per pound would put me at close to 600 grams protein, and i never came that close !

Its all about utilizing your steroid cycles protein synthesis benefits and timing everything perfect especially when using igf-1 lr3 and or insulin!
