I have decided to try out Synthergine, the liver protectant made and sold by Synthetek. You can buy it here: https://www.synthetek.com/products/synthergine-liver-protectant/ if you wish.
For those of you who have not read any of my logs or write ups, this one will not be updated as often because - well - there is not much to update about a liver supplement / protectant, but I will do my best to make this log both informative and entertaining.
First, we start with some blood work, taken on October 12th.
As you can see, my numbers are above the normal range for AST and ALT (and Test, but that is supposed to be high right now). These are my normal numbers when I am not taking any liver supplements, such as NAC and/or TUDCA. 30 years of heavy drinking leaves its mark on the liver. I was not doing any liver harsh substances at the time. Nothing, nada, zilch, zero...not even any alcohol.
Now we have my starting condition. I am going to run a single bottle of Synthergine at the recommended dosage until it runs out. There is a Double Money Back Guarantee that it will work. From the website, the dose is1ml per 55lbs (25kg) of bodyweight per day split in 2 even doses and taken 8-12 hours apart. I weigh about 195lbs, which makes 3.55ml, which is also 3/4 of a teaspoon. Half of that is a little under 1/2 a teaspoon a dose, and 2 doses a day. Easy peasy.
No log is complete without a picture of the gear being used! Here is a picture of the bottle:
I had a little problem because I used Hotmail and I did not add the site's email address into the whitelist before I started. It is a known this about Hotmail, sometimes it just eats emails. Support fixed me up fast. I then messed up entering my credit card number, but support contacted me and I got it squared away. Yes, I did mess up my credit card number on purpose, just to see how they handled it. They contacted me through email, which is good enough for me since I was expecting to receive an order notification at the least. Support was very fast and friendly, no complaints there.
I have taken it for 2 days now. The taste is not very good, but when I compare the taste to how SARMs taste, it is a little slice of heaven. lol So yeah, a frame of reference is in order. It is not something I would want to drink much of at any given time, but thankfully slightly under 1/2 of a teaspoon is such a small amount it is gone before I know it. It does not leave any oily residue on the mouth and it has no after taste. Chase it with a little juice or even water and you will be fine.
I have done a TON of blood work and have correlated what I see in the numbers with how my body feels. An interesting thing about the liver is that it does not have any pain sensors in it. But the body is crafty, and it wants you to know when your liver is being damaged, so it instead causes pain in other areas of the body as your warning. Each person will be slightly different, although taking a powerful punch to your liver will double over just about everyone in pain as the entire area surrounding it reacts to let you know something terrible happened. For me, when my liver values are in the 80s, my lower back starts to hurt when I do any kind of physical exertion, even walking a mile puts my lower back in pain. It feels like my lower back is making up for a very week stomach, but it is actually my liver crying out for help. I will be actively listening to my body for such signs.
I asked if the dose should be increased if I were to start using a liver damaging substance, such as tren. I was told no, the standard dose is almost always all that is needed. I just found a bottle of 150mg TrenE / 250mg TestE that expires next month. Since I am on a cut, and my current test dose is at 500mg a week (coincidence? I think not), I am going to run the bottle. This will put a good strain on my liver and we will see what happens.
I am going to go more blood work done when the bottle is empty.
Thanks for coming along for the ride!
