Did 315 for 10 on shoulder press today.

That is downright freakishly impressive. I too have had issues with my collar bone ever since I used (oddly enough) the smith machine to military press. I never seemed to experience that problem with freeweights however...
 
That is very impressive. Back in the day I did 225 for 4 and to be honest that to this date is the most I every seen done in person. But then again I don't get out much.
