I have a very fast metabolism so I eat cleaner fast foods everyday. Chik Fil A, Firehouse, pizza, italian subs, etc. I need A LOT of calories.

I hate life because I have to eat clean in order to not get fat. I am already more fat than I like to be.

You can't have it all. All you have to do is look at a weight and you get bigger. Besides 225 - for 35 reps? What the fuck is that? And you use less than half of what I use!

IMO Like the Dude said, if you need the extra calories then yes, the cleaner of the fast food restaurants can yield those extra calories your body may need. Also if your job schedule does not permit the 5-6 breaks per day needed to eat then the extra calories are a plus.

I read an article from an IFBB bodybuilder( I wish I could find the quote, I forget who it was) who said if the time comes for him to eat he will eat fast food, even McDonald's cheeseburgers rather than eating no food at all if he is in a pinch. He said it was better to feed the muscle and eat the extra fat rather than starve the muscle. Said it was easier to burn the fat the build more muscle.

yeah right-Big Macs here-stay away from the fries
maybe a Club Classic...what?- bread, chicken, mayo and lettuce? how bad is that?
 
I like the angus burgers at mcdonald's with just meat, bacon, and cheese. I haven't seen the fat content but Im sure it is through the roof. I usually eat grilled chicken if I eat fast food because my metabolism sucks.
 
I normally stay away from McD's, but I'm starting to think I may need to start going there. Love getting subs at Quiznos where most subs are 800+ calories the way they are done from the menu without additions. Double the meat or cheese, and voila, you have 1000 calories easily.
 
if i eat out, i usually try to keep it clean as possible...subway, chik fi a, etc
 
I swear by it...Nothing works as well as taking your regular diet and throwing in some fast food a few times per week.

Wendy's double stacks are a gold mine. Good quality meat, some veggies and not overly greasy.

Granted cholesterol and triglycerides go up, but who here runs this type of protocol??

best gains of my life came with the addition of fast food.
