chris swears by Lemon lime...i say fruit punch..grape is there too...i hate anything grape though

I love the lemon lime, only because I like lemon crystal light and drink that daily, everyday, all day long...I actully mix it together, get on the computer, (about 45 mins pre workout) mix in 2 scp. BCAA n More...read crap, post, or log....then about 20 mins later add in 2 more scp. of BCAA n More...head to the gym and kill it...thats what I do...
