Still taking the igf which is very interesting to say the least without carbs but I have started to drop weight already so let's see where it takes me
Update started keto dropped 23lbs in 24 days the scale has stopped moving but I'm still getting leaner so I'm good with that as for energy the first week was tough but once your body gets into keto there's a surplus of energy it's like a light switch was turned on only thing is the power I'm not as strong as I was I would have to say I probably lost 20% or so
