IGF/Ligandrol/S-4 Log

This is kind of my "pre-log." I've been using MC's IGF on and off for a very long time.

Once my LGD and S-4 come in I'll be starting a log. This will include IGF also. I'm taking about 10 days off IGF then starting again. It's very hard for me to stop taking haha.

A few words on the IGF. I consistently get leaner while maintaining my body-weight. Not to mention I get pumped everywhere. Arms will get pumped on leg day. I typically run it 40-50mcgs bi-laterally (So 80-100mcg total daily) pre-workout or morning. IGF has been pretty forgiving if I eat bad occasionally.

I'm using the SARMS as a "bridge" until my summer cycle starts. So I'll be gradually cutting. Keeping carbs only pre-during-after workouts.
This upcoming log will include the same dosing schedule of IGF as previously mentioned. I'll decide on the LGD and S-4 dosage once I get them in. If you have recommendations on dosing feel free to chime in.

I'm also on 180mgs e/w of Test E.
I'll rotate clen and eca through this run as well as sythetine and maybe syntheselen.

I hit one muscle group daily typically once a week. Sometimes twice. 1 or 2 days a week I add in a type of circuit (ropes, tire flips, sledge hammers). I'm going to try to get up some videos/pics. I'll have my weight and BF% before hand as well. Probably some strength numbers, max/or max reps on some lifts as a baseline too.

Looking forward to this log keeping me accountable.

Very cool. I would like to add S4 asap. Bridging doesn't so much interest me... but I have considered taking something should I be forced to come off again for a while. I think SARM's IGF and AAS will be very synergistic. Looking forward to the pics
 
So as far as dosing, this is what I'm thinking. Feel free to give me your opinion on what you have done or recommend.

S-4: Start at 50mgs. From what I read it looks like the half life is 4 hours. I could split up into 2 doses of 25mgs or 3 doses of 15mgs. 5 on 2 off. Thoughts?

LGD: Looks like the norm is 12.5 mgs daily/ED. Likely morning upon awakening.
 
Getting the rest of my base numbers today on some lifts that I'll add to the log.

I'll be out of town all weekend. So come Monday I'm going to start everything up.

good deal, looking forward to your input on the ligandrol, as im sure you know the other few guys started and love it, so between your igf-1 lr3 and lgd-4033 you should be ready to kill it in the gym, oh and your andarine lmao
 
Alright. I started everything this morning.

IGF: 80mcgs daily
LGD: 12.5mgs daily
S-4: 35mgs (5 on 2 off)


Weight: 210
BF%: 12%

Deadlift: 405 (1 rep max)
Flat Bench Press: 225 @ 15 reps
Pullup: 80lbs (1 rep max)
Dips: 95lbs (2 rep max)
Barbell Shoulder Press: 225 x2.
Squats: 335 (1 rep max)

I don't necessarily work on these lifts every week. Just used them to get some base numbers. I'll try to get some pics/vids up soon.

Workout today was so-so. I had a loooong weekend and am still recovering. I'll be sure to update as often as I can.
 
What's everyone take on dosing these "pre-workout."? Is it a must? I could possibly do it, however first in the morning is easiest for me.
 
Just a quick update.

Day 3 of everything. I hit back yesterday and legs today. Everything felt pretty good.
Felt real strong on some of my pulls for back day. Leg day was lighter, so basically me just panting a lot and trying not to pass out.

Weight is @ 208 in the am. Was 210 when I started.

I took everything pre-workout.
LGD
S-4
IGF (80mcg in each bi and tri/320mcg total)
Had about 60 grams of fast/slow carbs 90 minutes before with a intra shake of 30 HCBD carbs.

Pump was ridiculous!!! I wish I would've measured my arms before and during. Veins everywhere too. I'm pretty vascular so I always notice when there is extra.
I didn't want to stop the workout.

So far I've been on everything for 5 days.

I typically only do that for arm day. If I don't get enough carbs I def have hypo issues.

I probably PR'd my weighted dips however most of the weight were chains so the exact amount is inconsistent.

damn! now i understand why you buy so much igf lmao but hey whatever works keep at it is my moto lol
 
Today marks week 2 on everything. Felt pretty good. Felt like I could lift for hours. Had to make myself leave. Still no "holy shit" moments.

Has anyone felt the need to up the dosage on this? I don't necessarily plan on it, just curious is anyone has tried it.
 
I would try upping the ligandrol if your at week two and feel like you can use more
 
Any suggestions on moving up? Just double the dose?

I'm also going to up the dose on the S-4 as well and try 2x's a day dosing with it.
