WEEK 1: 3/16/15
What's up guys? I started a new cycle today in order to get ready for the summer.
My goal is to get a nice recomp.
I still have a bit of fat to get rid of, but I would really like to get up to 175-180 in the next 2 months.
I have lost a total of 40lbs of fat, and gained 10lbs of muscle over the last two years.
My first cycle (Oct. 2014) went pretty well, and I'm ready to go again.
I am 5'9", 36 years old, 165lbs, roughly 18-20% BF, and this is my second cycle.
I kept a log of my first cycle in the "Peptide" forum titled "IGF/Prohormone Cycle Log".
I plan to keep updates to a minimum this time, because I am extremely busy with school, and I just don't want to bore you guys!
My Diet/Training will be pretty much the same as my last log.
I got a small recomp from my last cycle.
My waist went from 34" to 31".
I gained .75" in my arms.
I gained roughly .5" on my calves. (No thanks to the Syntherol)
I gained 2.5" on my shoulders below the delts.
I gained roughly 3" on my upper legs.
Thankfully, I have maintained these results with very little effort.
I have been off of everything for a few months now, and I have not even taken any Test for over a month, so my receptors should be good and fresh.
Honestly, I haven't even been working out.
Just needed a break.
Here is the plan.
MC IGF:
I have 9 bottles, so that should be enough to get me started.
60-80mcg bilaterally on Training Days (3-5 Days/Week)
(Pre-Workout, 20-30min before a high protein/complex carb meal)
20-40mcg on non-training days (just to keep it in my system)
I will continue to take MC IGF throughout the entire summer,
and maybe even for the rest of the year.
Most guys seem to think that the longer you take it, the better it works,
so I want to give that a shot.

Anti-E/Anti-P:
I will be running Advanced Supps Anti-P, and AquaDex to keep my Prolactin/Estro in order.
I also have Letro/Nolva/Clomid on hand.
If you followed my last log, you know I had a little trouble with puffy nips, but thanks to Presser hooking me up with Anti-P and Letro, everything is all back in order.
It sucked going through that, but I feel so much more comfortable going into this because of all of the help I received from Presser!
Liver Support:
I'll be running Tudca/Udca for liver support. I also have NAC and Milk Thistle, but I'm not sure if I need all that with TUDCA.
Obviously, I'll also be taking a good multi and krill oil.
