So I've been wanting to get a log up to document my attempt at adding a little more size to my shoulders. They've come a long way, but there's still room for improvement. I'll get some before pics up and I'll post progress pics along the way. The plan is 25mcgs bilaterally to the shoulders, but I'm not sure how often yet. Right now I just apply to shoulders on days I'm training them, but I'll probably add an extra day or 2. I want to step it up a little, but at the same time I don't want to overtrain them. It's hard for me to find a balance since I'm an all or nothing type of girl. I'll go into more detail with my experience along the way, but right now I wanted to get my log started. My goal is to obviously make improvements, but also inform any girls looking to try igf in the future. Just to give you an idea of where I'm at, I'm a lean 162'ish lbs at 5'7 and 34 yrs old. That's all for now, but there's more to come
