Well, I planned on killing legs today but my back is messed up with a pulled muscle right now so what did I do??? LEGS ANYWAY but with no Squats. Went lighter of course but upped the reps and sets.

Well just got done my workout and it was ARMS AGAIN. My knee is still hurting from 2 days ago so I still can't do legs so......Arms it was.

Arms are used to constant load from using them every day at my garage so they have always been a strong body part for me.
