I actually just learned that magnesium blood tests levels are irrelevant because it's 1% of total body levels and they don't change if you're low. But if you feel fine I wouldn't worry. Mine were definitely low but I was drinking some too which also cause severe magnesium excretion. Both is a bad combo. I was waking up once a week and had. Ad neck cricks and couldn't go to work.

U getting tension that behind neck is from u clinching on jaw. Wife can't take her adderall anymore because of that issue. I know it's supposed to deplete magnesium which is needed to absorb calcium. I did all that brother years ago. Lol. I even would take robbitussin at night that being it was a what ever to prevent toleratance. After taking it long enough your body adjusts. I am not worried about it anymore at all. My Dr Laughed at me when I told him those things. He told me adderall is safe and used in some stoke victims. And I'm other areas of old people to stimulate CNS.
What happened from my blood work was numbers of blood cells, sizes and other indications from CBC gave my Dr clues to test my ferritin storage in body. My hemoglobin goes high I am trt I have order to do phlebotomy every 3 weeks or as needed. So dr watchs blood. I have polycythemia. In other words my hemoglobin it high which is full of iron but storage levels low. Why? Because iron metabolism is complex. Things like magnesium prevent us from storing it, but in our organs for use needed.
Our body does what is called iron with holding from mineral imbalance or from a disease or bacteria. When white blood and lymphocytes detect infection even cancer body stops absorbing for the purpose of starving out the culprit most survive on iron.
Anyway he tested proper test to see if it was magnesium and all minerals before putting me on Fergon iron twice a day with VITAMIN C for absorbsion.
Since then I try to balance all minerals and I figured if adderall done that to that point then seems like someone else besides the Internet would tell me so.
Lol!
So if it depletes possibly but tension with muscles are the culprit in my opinion and minerals need balance.
I have noticed if my dose of adderall isn't high enough or wearing away that's when tension come into play after dose adjustments I solved that problem and take twice a day.
Now if someone is on adderall unable to eat properly and not taking care of themselves, then I believe the Andy's will deplete them but that's a nutritional problem with food
I am just telling u my hypothesis Jack.
