I'm 1 week on my new workout and I love it. I put together a "modified DoggCrapp" routine using a 3 way bodypart split over 4 days. Cut back my normal 9-12sets per bodypart to 4-6 sets. Gets me out of the gym quicker(at least until I start cardio too next week). I just find it hard to believe I can still be sore with less than 1/2 the number of my usual sets!
