Tuesday and Friday: upper body. obviously I can't train everything, but I can use certain machines.
chest, shoulders and triceps
Wednesday and Saturday: abs - rest day
God didn't even work on Sunday :D

[FONT=&quot]I escaped from the city and civilization this weekend to go do cardio in the snow.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]and since this morning I have returned to my diet[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]rice, peas and meat. the breakfast of champions.

with today I consider myself healed... although obviously the finger still hurts a lot and I struggle to use my hand.
But the wound is closed, the stitches are removed and therefore I consider myself at least mentally healed (physically a little less but, the mind is in charge, right?)
Starting tomorrow I'll try to start doing the back pulling exercises again.
 
we assess the situation.
I've been training differently for three weeks now because of my finger.
Now it's healing but I still can't hold the dumbbells.
I am therefore training with the various machines and giving priority to my legs.
the diet is also slightly varied, decreased.
Not being able to train well and heavily, even eating so much becomes difficult.


Consequence...well, I feel small and empty. pump is at zero. the desire falters, despite never having missed a workout.
I have that bad feeling, despite the aesthetic appearance, of being completely empty, you know? (I hope not for you).
Weight is 177 lbs


On the integration side, one of the best tren cycles ever done.
tren hex is truly a different beast.
Sides practically non-existent, very tolerable.
I don't particularly suffer from pips or anything similar so I can't tell you about this... I don't feel anything, the oil is always excellent and slides in without you noticing.


Oh, I forgot, I got my hands on three boxes of metformin hydrochloride 500, so yes, I'm taking this too.
 
Today I saw my beautician after not seeing her for two months.
her words: "your skin is much improved"

For this week I decided to eat fish instead of meat.
There's no real reason, I'll just see if anything changes and if I can add some fish to the diet and have another source of protein.


1kg of cod per day over 4 meals
170 g of protein - 870 kcal


in the fifth meal I will take egg white
 
I'll be a bit absent in the next few days.
a looong flight awaits me.


However, I will try to take some good photos to bring back for you.

"holidays" over. 10 intense days
now unfortunately we go back to everyday life.... sad
 
I lost about 5 lbs on my trip, despite training and lots of good food.
I add these pre-workout pills for an extra boost and to quickly get back on track
