I need to add cottage cheese in more often. At work is when it becomes tuff to consume all I need for protein. Still trying to get a better routine of cooking in bulk. A lot of times I forget to thaw the damn meat out.
Greek yogurt and cottage cheese,
I buy big packs of Swiss or mozzorrella
Cheese sticks. Not fried they packs to ear cold. Two of those is 14 grams protein. Those above all come to work
5 am protein mixed with water 50 grams
7 am 6-8 eggs 2 cheese sticks, oatmeal or cream of wheat
9 am fruit cottage cheese,
11:30 am rice meat a LOT of it
Or salad with extra chicken
2:00 burger with two big homemade patty's
4:00 usually something about 20 grams but light protein bar Greek yogurt
7:00 very little carbs mostly meat whatever wife cooked veggy's
Fasting period till 5 am if I do anything I will down protein mixed with water or Greek yogurt and before 8:30
That is what I do. I work out either at 5:30 am or at 11:30 instead of lunch break!!!
