spliting up legs

i feel like im at the point where doing legs just once a week isnt enough.

i wanna try to hit them twice per week , maybe quads one day and hams another. or just hitting both one day and everyother week hitting one of the two.

any suggestions??
 
I personally like doing hams and calfs and quads and calfs...split them about 3 days apart...Or something like mon/and thurs...I do this alot (split them up) cause when Im done doing quads, Im normally just spent...and I dont want to half ass it on hams...so I wait a couple days...
 
Day1 - chest, tri Day2 - quads, calf Day3 - delt, traps Day 4 - off Day 5 - hams, calf Day6 - back, biz Day7 - off
 
right now im doing them twice a week ...

thighs / hams one day , hams / thighs the next . calves at both

55 sets (thighs, hams, calves) for the last workout ... shit was brutal
 
quads twice a week for me was, Monday and Thursday. Hamstrings were done on a different day.
 
I think splitting up legs into 2 seperate workouts is much better then cramming leg day into one workout! Personaly though i have been doing legs all in one shot but i use to train them seperate for years!
