Little dumbbell action yesterday. Highly recommend throwing in this variation. Massive trunk stabilization requirements as well, it will def have your core feeling wrecked. Plus, as the body starts to slant you get a deeper range of motion on that dumbbell.

My recommended protocol for these is simply 4x3 + AMRAP for the 5th set as a secondary movement after bench. Get good at em, then rotate out.

Getting bloodwork done Next month to check general health markers, then a family trip in end of July.
I'd like to compete in October or November

Will keep dosages around where they are now, pulse the occasional anavar then once I am locked into competition do a ramp up into the comp

i've gotta get some more var from steroidify.

that is a low dose cycle for someone with your strength and size. so that is impressive. you are getting a big bang out of less

bro can tell just by looking at you that you did hard time. you never lose it. all that nervous tension builds up in the shoulders and never goes away. guys like us are dangerous and should be put away for life. next step for you is going to be adding more gear ? 250 deca seems light for a dude with your strength

I still need to sync with sponsor on gear setup. But yes, I will be pushing a bit more and I do abuse orals (anavar) a bit as my body tolerates it well (i get bloodwork every 3 months).


But I will basically increase supplements every 4-6 weeks going into November (if that's when I complete).
I typically top out my Testosterone around 500, I honestly would likely swap out the Deca and push more Masteron as I enjoy the neurological benefits I get and I round out the fullness needs with either Superdrol or Dbol toward the end

But typically I peak out around
500/600mg Test
800 Masteron -- last comp I ran out of mast and was also way too lean, so used NPP
200~ tren (then Tren Ace around 400mg the last 4-6 weeks)

I pulse anavar for my last 2 weeks of each block so think ~2 weeks on ~2 weeks off
Then last 6 weeks Its Anavar/Dbol or Anavar/Superdrol


I tend to get acne overload when I push test much higher than 500 and don't really get a lot else from it
Masteron has great neurological effects and anabolic effects so I start it around 400mg and then every month or so increase by 200mg
