5x3 @ 135lbs + red
Then ascending singles, topping out at 380lbs vs red--moving fast!
I'd like to get 405 vs red next week, but we will see what's there! Then after that I will transition to force dev days without bands for at least 4 weeks.
The key for force development workouts is violently fast intention.
Remember, if you want to be maximally strong you really want to be able to move weights fast off the chest. You need to be able to recruit muscle fibers quickly and efficiently--this type of training also has the highest carryover to sports, especially combat sports or anything involving pushing/grappling. Being neurologically inefficient is never a strength
Current drugs:
Sterroidify
300 Test
250 Deca
100 Tren -- accidentally added when I tweaked my pec two weeks ago, will be pulling this out shortly.
10mg dbol -- not ideal, but I am out of anavar and I can benefit from the extra fullness right now
Next dosage escalation will be:
500 test
250 deca
25mg anavar (will be ordering some shortly)
