I mean, I can but my food really isn't dialed in. Not sure people would be terribly excited by the food log. I don't follow a diet like a bodybuilder would during prep--not as strict.yea thats true bro

very trueA lot of my posts relate equally to bodybuilding. You would skill the last few weeks of doing singles, and extend out strength blocks in the 4-6 rep ranges a bit. This will be sufficient stimulus for hypertrophy and a fun change of training where your emphasizing a bit more on the strength side--giving you a nice ego boost, and some cool footage. This phase would then resenitize you to volume so when you go back to working in the 15-20 rep range you get some gnarly pumps
