To those with slin experience....

I am cutting down right now in between cycles, so I am not using slin too much ... I started out on my cutter, though, using slin post workout with lower carbs ... this is something that I built up to with great care and a pack of glucose tabs close by ... my best friend is a diabetic and shoots ED and we both know what hypo feels like ... the difference is he uses 70/30, whereas most of us are using faster slin ... I have not used humalog, but only humulin and since it is a little slower, I may not switch to the log after this vial is gone ... anyway, I keep my carb intake closer to 5g per IU with 50 - 60 grams of whey post workout, then I eat a normal meal within 1 hr ... while bulking, I add another drink in between the first and the meal, and stretch the meal out till another 15 or 30 minutes later ...
