I'm back up to 252 and feeling good. Everything has grown very well over my 18 years of bodybuilding except my chest. I have very well developed shoulders and tri's as well as bi's, quads and back. My shoulders keep taking the brunt of my chest work. I'm now doing a pre exhaust exercise first but that hasn't helped much. I'm applying IGF and non estered AAS to it. Tips on training? Everything grows awesome from DC, but my chest. Any exercise physiologists have tips? More pre exhaust? Arch my back and bring the shoulders back?
Train Chest more often??
Currently I do
Chest / Bi's
Back / traps / calves
Shoulders / tri's
Quads / Hams
I'm getting fucking frustrated! I plan on hitting a tight 270 this time.

I've never really gotten there early enough to watch your chest routine... what's it consist of?

New exercises each time. I will start with pec deck, cable flyes on an incline, or crossovers always doing more weight and same reps or just more reps since the last time I did the exercise, then go on to a pressing movement following the same protocol... more reps and or more weight. Occassionally I'll do a third exercise. I warm up then 1 all out set per exercise. Then I do DC stretching. Then I train biceps.

I don't know, bro. I'd say do more. You're really not doing a whole lot, it seems. Not that I'm huge or anything, but I do a warm up set or two. Then I do 3-4 working sets incline bench, then 3-4 working sets of decline bench, then ped deck 3-4 sets, then cable crossovers lighter-medium weight to just get a retarded pump to finish it up, and I still feel as if I could do more. I always stretch in between sets, too. I'll be popping back into Golds every other day or two, starting next week, and I'm sure you'll see if it's working or not.

I am in the same boat when it comes to how the shoulders take over the movement. The thing I found that has been working well for me and increasing my chest was to do more flye-type movements like dumbbell flyes, cable flyes, etc., while focusing on contracting the pec muscle.

ok first off excuse me of my of not knowing what DC training is, but you only do one excerise really working the chest? maybe two? How many actual sets is it total?

Dogg Crap training. Its usually a Mon, Wed, Fri training each bodypart twice one week and once the next. It is one exercise per bodypart one set to failure increasing weight and / or reps each workout.
It is usually 1 working set per bodypart. My tendon strength became an issue so I changed it a bit to start with an isolation movement then a heavy movement so my tendons aren't taking as much punishment for a while.

Why are we not doing any heavy ass free weight? Flat bench, incline, dumbbells?

After pre exhausting with some sort of isolation movement I still hit 315 on the incline barbell for 16 reps. 365 for 9 or 10. Everything I do is heavy. Strength is not an issue for me. I'm just not getting enough stimulation in my pecs.

i'd start with pressing movements first. Flat, then flat dumbells, then incline dumbells, then cables/fly's with dropsets and supersets. All that combined with good orals...... my chest stays FULLY pumped for hours. Sore as hell afterwards too

Im going to give Sauds advice a shot. My chest is by far my weakest body part. Maybe its my technique or maybe im just weak?

I can alternating curl the 70lb dumbells 6 times with great form
Rack out any lat pulldown bar full extension to chest for reps
Skull crush with the ez bar a 45 and 10 on each side for reps
Shoulder press 275 on the smith for reps with full range of motion

But when it comes to chest im freakin weak! I can bench 225 maybe 6 times before giving out. Dumbells im a little better with but I still tire out so quick. Just to spare the embarassment if the gym is crowded ill do all hammer strength and life fitness machines which is a bit easier for me.

I'm thinking of throwing in a second chest routine into my workout. Maybe after back or even with shoulders and tri's. One with more isolation exercises?? I'm going to be on a stout cycle for a while and my diet is great. Maybe the second workout will consist of 2 supersets with an isolation movement to start then a barbell press followed by a couple sets of pec deck, but I can already do the stack for 30+ reps. I think they'll let me pin a 45 to it.
