hell ya, if Im dieting.

usually 4-5k calories a day keeps me far from hypo.

Cuda, you are probably like me. I used to get what is called exercise-induced hypoglycemia which is that your blood sugar bottoms out because you are using all your glycogen stores during exercise. I had to sip either Gatorade or grape juice during my workout to get it to stop.

Unfortunately for me, I think it means you can be prone to having full hypoglycemia--which I now have which means your blood sugar can bottom out for various reasons or no reason at all. I now have what is called reactive hypoglycemia so about an hour after eating, my insulin goes nuts and my blood sugar goes down too far. I have to eat some kind of high-glycemic carbs to normalize my blood sugar. Hopefully, you won't have to deal with that later on because I've been told it is a precursor to diabetes.

Thanks fellas Iam going for a complete next year when ins kicks in. A while back
had it checked i think Blood sugar was around 60 to 70

Normal is 90-110. 60-70 is very low (your body shakes and trembles at this point). Any further lower than that, you can literally pass out.
