talked with trainer and he his happy and thinks Im ahead of the game, and doesnt want to do nothing to drastic right now. Cardio will go up to 45 min. a day 6 days a week, but everything else will stay the same for right now.

Do you keep your low day on the weekend for a reason.. Like not training on weekend or something else ?

Saturday, I train but dont work, and Sunday I dont do anything, so since my activity level is low, I do low carbs. I can sleep more also instead of eat.
