Yeah and my shoulder is holding up well, its been a rough year and it just hasn't recovered.
If the next ~2 weeks go well I may get cocky and find a meet thats about ~15 weeks out and catch a murder case

5x3 @ 135lbs + red
Then ascending singles, topping out at 380lbs vs red--moving fast!

I'd like to get 405 vs red next week, but we will see what's there! Then after that I will transition to force dev days without bands for at least 4 weeks.

The key for force development workouts is violently fast intention.



Remember, if you want to be maximally strong you really want to be able to move weights fast off the chest. You need to be able to recruit muscle fibers quickly and efficiently--this type of training also has the highest carryover to sports, especially combat sports or anything involving pushing/grappling. Being neurologically inefficient is never a strength

Current drugs:

Sterroidify
300 Test
250 Deca
100 Tren -- accidentally added when I tweaked my pec two weeks ago, will be pulling this out shortly.
10mg dbol -- not ideal, but I am out of anavar and I can benefit from the extra fullness right now

Next dosage escalation will be:
500 test
250 deca
25mg anavar (will be ordering some shortly)

End of Force develop block :)
Capstone workout ended at 405lbs vs red band--not a bad ending point. From here I can be competition ready 15-20 weeks, easy--assuming I stay moderately healthy haha, not even fully...


Lifting at these loads and level of force development isn't sustainable, from here I will shift into a more hypertrophy based block of training and grow. Probably something like this:


6x6 reps (4 weeks)
week 1 starting around 245lbs
Week 4 ending around 335lbs+

I will keep the pushups in play, next 4 weeks the hands get elevated, allowing a more deficit and greater stretch to the pecs.

My secondary bench day will likely be a swiss bar incline, maybe swiss bar deadpress incline. Followed by some throat presses on the bench--elbows dependent :)


I'd like to switch my anabolics up a smidge.

Drop the 100mg of tren, it got me through my little emotional hump

Current dosages is:
300mg test
250 deca
100 tren
10 dbol, sometimes a smidge more. lol

Next wave will likely be:
400mg test
250mg deca
200mg Masteron--I need more, will check my current supply

I am a big fan of pulsing my anavar in ~2 week waves to align with peak blocks, so I may repeat this.
Wave 1 would have 20mg of anavar
Wave 2 would have 30mg of anavar

This would be for the last 2 weeks of each block, some say its fuckery, but it has historically panned out well and I get a nice force output kick from anavar and if you haven't noticed a lot of my training is based around force output.

I need to secure some 10mg tabs as the 50s are just way too much for where I currently am.

After my next 4 week wave, I will start shopping around for competition dates and see what we can align on.

I haven't, not in years. My right shoulder has been an "on and off" issue for 20 years--clipped a tree snowboarding, never got it looked at.
Typically it flares up and recovers in ~2-5 weeks. But, the last time it flared up was 11/6/2023 and it never recovered.

I'd do less. Say 2 x bench focused sessions and one on ancillary exercises / working weak points

I do less during competition season, but I enjoy doing some higher frequency and volume accumulation in the "off season" when I am further out from competition.

Then as I dial in for comp and need to focus on recovery and load on the bar I can peel back the volume and frequency.
