It's a great ass right lol, I've been out the picture for a while, I moved from the panhandle and back down to south Florida. But will be back posting and chilling with the MC fam again
I would say I skip calves, now I do them once every other week reason being is that i use to train them eod and bastards are just ignorant and don't want to grow.
Did one show in April already called panhandle showdown in pensacola fl, thinking about doing one in Alabama called heart of Dixie it's in September I believe. But nothing set in stone yet.
Jay has made history for himself already, yea a fifth does sound good but at this point jay will look great during his dieting stage but as the day of the show his body fades too fast. No matter what Jay could try to come in better next year but Heath will come in even better. I am sure that Jay...
Like it was said early only Phil can beat Phil, but doesnt mean I wouldnt count out anyone like Martinez. Martinez has got the taste of placing in top 3 and top 5 he is only getting better with his dieting. As for Jay he has been a great bodybuilder made history for himself, but personality I...
Yea still holding 250 everytime I reach 255 or 260 I lose it quick. I have just finish taking a week and half off from training due to my shoulder injury. So gonna start hitting it hard again tonight. Starting igf again today as well after taking about 3 weeks off. Hoping to put on just a little...
Bro I have injuried both of my shoulders this year and too afraid to see a doc due to him saying I may not be able to compete. But to help you out, what I did was use ibuprofen then some pain killers if you can get your hands on them. I attempt to strech, then rub bare ice on my shoulders for...
I think the battle for first will be between Phil and Kai. Kai has put on so much size and if he on point with his diet he will be tough to beat for first. Phil is just awesome all over, I'm going for Phil on this one. But in the end its all going to be on who is on point on the day of the show...
I cant stand the fucking high school stories. I hear that shit all day long here at the gym from people. All I can say is so if you were big then what happen to you now.
Haven't competed yet, next April is my first show. I will start dieting around mid decemeber have a good idea what to do but looking for some one to assist and monitor me.
Personally I like to take anywhere week to three weeks depends how burnt out I am, usually its like every three months then take a week off to heal and grow. But 7 months straight, yea I would say your due for a break. But in your case your not really taking a break your still working your body...
These pics are about a month or so old. I'm 6'2 @ 250lbs and still trying to pack more solid weight for my show. I start dieting in mid december not sure what weight class yet, just going to leave it too see where i end up at with my diet. My goal is for heavy but depending how it goes might end...
Phil heath hands down has the best back. Has the best detail for rear double bi, very thick lat spread also kept details, down fall is not as wide as everyone else but IMO he has a winning back.
