What is your training split?

i used to do Push-pull Chest and tri's- back and bi's- delts.traps, calves, and work on a lagging bodypart that day- then legs,- know since 96 Thnx to Dorian Yates I do 1 body part a day and just Totally Trash that Muscle group, That could be 18 sets up to 34 sets, depending on my Energy level and if im on a t.n.e. regiment. If you haven't tried 1 B.P. a day give it a try for 3 mos. I think you would like the results.

I'm with ya brother. My exact routine. I throw in abs and calves in periodically if time permits, but I routinely keep all my workouts to 45 min with 60-90 second rests between sets. I religiously look at the clock after a set and start the next set between 60 and 90 seconds. I typically rest 2-3 min between moves, but once started its on and I kill it!!!
