I'm used to lifting heavy with high volume but fewer days in offseason.Seems to work.I tried DC but I must have been doing something wrong because I constantly felt overtrained and extremely sore.All my lifts started going down:(

Lol.Did you just say 1gram of test and it is your first time running it?When I have gone up to a gram I have noticed I had to control the temper a little bit.Probably from the high bp from running a gram.But yeah it will make you the man in the gym after it kicks in.

I love close grip lat pulldowns with a reverse grip.At the top with the a deep stretch I really feel in places at the top of my lats that nothing else seems to hit good.At the bottom I hold for a couple seconds and really feel them in my lower lats.
