Well im back, I have been off the grid for awhile torn my right shoulder up in good shape awhile ago. The doc wanted to do arthroscopic to confirm that the labrum was torn for sure. I choose against it and had an MRI done which was conclusive enough for me that it wasn't completely torn, but did indeed have a legit tear. I have done some rehab which seems to focus mostly on improving rotator cuff strength. I have slowly worked my way back to the gym, its slow going but better then nothing. I was pretty down for awhile no gym time = no energy, bad mood, and just all around me being an asshole lolololol. Its nice to be back and for what I have tried to keep up with seems like things are progressing nicely around here.
