M1T (17aa-1-testosterone)
In this article I will only be speaking from my personal experiences. I’ve done several cycles with M1T to date. I had a plan, goals, kept records, and took several progress photos throughout each cycle. M1T is a very powerful Pro-Steroid and careful consideration must be taken when planning your cycle.
* I would not suggest that Athletes use M1T during the course of their season due to the intense back pumps you may experience while on. I’ve played hockey with a 60-minute back pump once and it was very agonizing.
Things you will need for your cycle.
1) A short term and long term goal.
2) A current training program already in place.
3) A current diet already in place.
4) A logbook.
5) A medical exam (physical) would be a great to have done prior to starting.
6) Access to a scale for weigh-ins (be sure to weigh yourself at the same. time of day while wearing the same type of clothing).
7) Milk Thistle or other liver protectant.
8) 4AD (start a week ahead of the M1T to blunt its lethargic effects. I used only 300mg ED).
9) M1T (I’d start at 20mg ED for 4 weeks).
10) PCT (I used Tribex & ZMA with Clomid on hand).
Notice that I listed the M1T last and for good reason. You must have a plan prior to starting as with any other cycle. I ran my first cycle for 6 weeks which my have been 2 weeks too long. I was so excited about my results that I didn’t want the cycle to end. I’ve tried a 2-week cycle and felt it wasn’t quite long enough. I’ve found that the M1T stayed in my system (strength wise) for 1-2 weeks after ending each cycle.
* Do not drink alcohol while cycling M1T. M1T is stressful enough on the liver by itself. Alcohol and Bodybuilding is a major subject that would make a great article.
I’ve attached my first M1T cycle summary as an example.
Started M1T @ 10mg ED, 11-25-03
Upon waking:
5' 9" 181 Lbs @ 12% BF via BMI
I follow a HIT Routine similar to Dorian Yates'
Supplements:
Animal Pak (multi-vitamin)
Biotest Surge (post-workout)
Biotest Grow (as needed)
MRP's (throughout day)
Flax Oil (capsules)
and lots of RED MEAT
*I may add 4-AD after the 1st week and bump the M1T up to 20mg ED.
M1T Cycle Summary
Week 1 - 182 LBS @ 12% BF via BMI, M1T @ 10mg ED
Week 2 - 188 LBS, M1T @ 10mg ED, 4AD 300mg ED for Lethargy
Week 3 - 190 LBS, M1T @ 15mg ED, 4AD 300mg ED for Lethargy
Week 4 - 192 LBS, M1T @ 15mg ED, 4AD 300mg ED for Lethargy
Week 5 - 196 LBS, M1T @ 15mg ED, 4AD 300mg ED for Lethargy
Week 6 - 198 LBS @ 13% BF via BMI, M1T @ 15mg ED, 4AD 300mg ED for Lethargy
*All Weigh-ins were done in the morning upon waking.
Negatives:
Lethargy that went away with 4AD administration.
I became to big to play Hockey
The back pumps were to agonizing
Positives:
Marked increase in Strength
Faster Recovery Time
No more Chronic Joint Pain/Discomfort
I'm into my second week of PCT and have leveled off at about 195 LBS with no decrease in my Strength Gains from the M1T.
I will absolutely use this product again and would start the 4AD earlier in the Cycle
In summary:
As you can see my starting weight was 182lbs for my first cycle. My weight has not fallen below 192lbs whether on or off since that date. I’m currently off cycle and weigh 198lbs @ 13% BF via BMI as I write this (11-3-04). I plan to do another M1T cycle this winter and compete spring/summer of 2005.
