Need Advice From More Experienced Brothers!!!

Awsome and if I am understanding all the information I am reading correctly 50mcg a day split into 2 X 25 mcg shots likely one in my right shoulder and the second in my left hip as close to the injured area as possible is how I should be doing it, and on a cycle of about 40 days on 40 days off does this sound about right guys? I would likely do the first shot immediatly upon waking in the morning when I go for morning piss so that by the time I go to eat breakfast a half hour or so later I can just incorporate extra carbs to avoid going hypo although I will test how much I really need through trial and error, has anyone ever used a blood sugar monitor to keep an eye on levels when using IGF?

the 40 days on and 40 off are old recycled articles still popping up, most guys use it for many months on end , myself included with great success. I personally don't see a need to split it up, just do it it all at once each day and you can rotate to injured area on different days, but theirs no real need to split it up like that daily, just 50mcg all at once and your good to go

I like your plan although I haven't used igf for an injury. I also don't have a problem with hypoglycemia post IGF application. I'm glad your asking the questions. It will help others in the future.

The purpose of splitting the injection has more to do with having 2 injured areas being my right shoulder (partial supraspinatus rotator cuff tear) and issues with my hip (orthopedic surgeon insists there is nothing visibly wrong on xray/MRI imaging but my chiropractor who is very very good has worked for the toronto maple leafs, toronto blue jays, several professional middle and light weight boxers as well as other sports teams insists there is something "not right" possibly heavy scar tissue buildup from blunt force trauma from vehicle impact) so as not to favour one side over the other and to ensure steady levels of the IGF in my system splitting a daily dose seemed the logical solution since it isnt active for a full 24 hours and there is no gaurentee that I will always do it at the exact same time ever single day

if it makes you feel better doing it that way , then do it brutha, I'm just saying theirs no real need to, thats all, and yes i understand why you wanted to with two separate injuries, and I'm still saying , there is no need to , but again if it makes you think its working better splitting it, then a lot can be said for the power of thought and perception and healing, so go for it bro, it can hurt thats for sure

Intersting because a good amount of the literature I have read speaks about injections of IGF directly into the injured area for maximum efficacy. So are you saying from experience that this isn't really necessary ?

lol, no bro, what I'm saying is its fine to alternate to the injured area every other day, lol, IGF-1 lr3 is systemic, though yes i would still use it closes to injured area as i have in the past, but all I'm saying is if i had two separate injured areas, i would not split my dose up daily, i would apply it to the injured area every other day, lol, geeeeeesh!!

i think the guys splitting it up usually do so more for pump which i dont think really matters either but everyone has a prefered way of doing it. bottom line is it works my friend with bad knees did it in stomach and within 2 days noticed relief and was fixed within a week. he is not a bodybuilder just a runner, he tried all kinds of stuff took all kinds of meds to fix it and laid off running for weeks but the igf was the only thing that worked
