Haven't done a cycle in a very long time. At first I wanted to try "6 week on 6 week off" cycle. But 6 weeks seems to be to short to get any good results.
Got some test prop amps which are lab tested and everything so I know that they are good. Have winny, letro, adex, tbol, adex to add to the cycle.
Since I haven't been on for a very long time I'll just go back to the basics and do a simple beginners cycle. Most people wouldn't recommend test prop for beginners (neither would I) but I don't mind pinning EOD (my first cycle was actually test prop and I injected ED).
As I've mentioned I haven't done many cycles. Done 1 successful cycle and the other ones I had to quit because of different reasons.

This log is mostly for me, to keep track of what I'm doing. But if you guys have questions or input feel free to ask or share your knowledge.

NOW TO THE FUN PART!


This is how my cycle looks like:

Week 1-8 Test Prop: 100mg eod (350mg/ew)
Week 1-10 Examestane: 12.5mg eod
Week 2-5 Oral Turinabol: 50-60mg/ed
Week 6-8 Winstrol: 50mg/ed (depending on how my joints feel)



Monday 16 july:
My first shot went surprisingly good! No pip at all!
Pinned right glute.
Started feeling test really fast, maybe it's placebo. But I usually feel even slow releasing esters really fast.
I have some issues with my right elbow/joint/tendons. When I woke up it felt a lot better.


Wednesday 18 july:
Even the second shot went surprisingly good!
Pinned left shoulder.
Some people say that it takes 1-2 weeks to feel the test working. TBH I'm feeling it already. Slept really good. No pain in the joints, feel a lot fuller. Got more energy. Much better mood.


Friday 20 july:

Pinned right shoulder today. I'm pinning in the morning about 1h before my workout. No pip. Went really smooth. I used to just jab the needle, now I just take my time inject really slow and pull out the needle even slower.
Had shoulder day today had a lot of strength energy and endurance. I've stopped eating anything before my workouts. I just have some maltodextrine and aminos during my workout.
I started with 60mg OT tonight. Fun thing is I really don't know if it's Ot or letro, since it's suspended and I didn't write anything on the bottle.

Saturday 21 july:

I'm pretty sure it was OT because I woke up horny as hell. Took another 60mg of what I think is OT 2-3h before my workout. (if it's not OT.. then it's letro and I'm taking about 3.5mg ed lol!)
I've been tired as hell though. Had some good endurance and strength during my back workout, should have taken some caffeine before my workout.


During workout:
20g maltodextrine 10-15g of EAA

Post workout:

100g oats
30g carnipro (I know it's shit quality protein)
1tbsp peanutbutter
1tbsp codliveroil
5000iu vitamin D

Today I'm gonna have about 800g of chickenbreast with 200g (uncooked rice). Little bit of spinach and carrots.

5 eggs.
500g greekyogurt.

And I've forgotten to add the examestane.... I'm thinking of adding it on monday.

Sunday 22 july
Rest day today, Tbol is making me really tired so I pretty much slept all day.
Pinned left shoulder. Smooth as usual no pip.
Breakfast:
oats and protein.
codliver oil
5000iu vitamin D

Lunch:
5 eggs with some turkey bacon and 2 slices of whole wheat bread.

800g of chickenbreast with 600g potatos divided on 2 meals.

Before last meal I had some L-theanine with about 1.5g of vitamin c and ZMA

Last meal was greek youghurt.

Monday 23 july

Took 75mg tbol when I woke up
Chest and tris today. Walking to the gym I thought this workout was gonna be shit... Didn't get a good nights sleep and woke up really hungry. I don't eat before the gym nowadays because it makes me sleepy.
Workout went really good. Intensity was crazy and I didn't get tired at all! All the weights felt so light, had to take it easy so I don't injure myself.
Had some aminos and maltodextrine during the workout.

postworkout/breakfast
Oats and protein
5000iu vitamin d
1tbsp codliver oil

200g of rice
spinach
carrots
some potatos
800g of chicken breast divided on 2 meals

5 eggs with some turkey bacon and 1 slices of whole wheat bread

vitamin c 1.5g and 0,5g of l theanine

last meal will be 500g of greek yogurt with peanut butter.

Starting 12.5mg examestane today.

Tuesday 24 july
Took 75mg tbol. Pinned 100mg test prop in right shoulder.
I was really tired today but I had a good workout. I can keep going and pushing even if I'm tired. Don't feel as much pain as usual, if any at all... At least it doesn't bother me.
I'm going to start lifting heavier weights next week.

Had some maltodextrine and aminos during my leg workout.

had 5 eggs with some toasted whole wheat bread.

Had a lot of Chinese food which I regret now because I feel bloated and feel like crap in general.

Gonna have some tuna or just a proteinshake because I had so much food before.

Didn't start with my examstane yesterday. I figured I'd have it everytime I pin my test prop instead. Easier that way. So I will start with it today, 12.5mg.
Trying to dissolve it in some MCT.
 
Wednesday 25 july
Didn't get a good nights sleep. I'm always waking up really hungry so I had my oat and protein shake 1h before my workout. Took 75mg of turinabol. Didn't really digest that shake that fast since I've gotten used to working out before eating anything.
Weights felt easy as usual while I've been on cycle
Back and bis today.
Been even more tired than usual and I can just assume that it's the examestane that made me even more tired.
Feels like the effect of the gear has stagnated. Maybe it's because I've been very active in general and not resting as I should.

I tried dissolving examestane in MCT (30ml 25mg/ml) It dissolved really slowly so I added twice as much oil and heated it up some more. Almost dissolved everything but I gave up after 4h. So there are some grains left on the bottom, just have to shake it up before use. If I keep heating it and shaking it, it will fully disolve, don't feel it's worth it though.
12.5mg/ml is possible to dissolve in mct.
Since aromasin/examestane is absorbed better if taken with fat it's just a good think having it with 1ml oil.(High-fat meal increases plasma exemestane concentrations by approximately 40%.)

I later found a pharmaceutcal company that made 20mg/ml in ethanol(alcohol) and 25mg/ml in DMSO.
So now you know how to make your own examestane kids :)


Meals today will be the same as it's been a couple of days because I've been to lazy to go get some beef.

Thursday 26 july
Rest day today. Been sleeping a lot.
Pinned 100mg test prop right glute. No pip. Took 75mg tbol when I woke up.
Been taking about 12.5mg examestane everyday instead of EOD. Going to start taking it eod soon. Been feeling really tired.

Had oats and protein for breakfast.

Cooked up about 240g of pasta with 550g of ground beef.
5 eggs
greek yogurt as last meal

Should add some cardio.
 
Friday 27 july
Took my 75mg of what I think is tbol :D
Didn't take any examestane today.
Chest and tris.
Workout was ok. Good intensity throughout the workout even though I was tired. Strength is going up. My elbow was hurting a bit though. Didn't get that good of a pump in my chest. Got a decent pump in my tris though.
I'm trying to workout in less than 60min.

Was out all day and I've been very active in general these couple of days. Problem is that I don't get my meals in as I should

Post workout shake was oats and protein.
Got some food very late. Had some pizza.
After that I got home and had about 500g of ground beef, (2 meals) With my omegas. Stopped taking vitamin d couple of days ago.

500g of greek yogurt.


Saturday 28 july
Made a new batch of tbol. 50mg/ml solution in ethanol. Gonna take some after my breakfast (oats n protein)
Going to have a rest day today because I feel really tired physically today. Have to pin today, 100mg test prop left shoulder.
Feel a lot fuller but at the same time leaner today. Looked really good in the morning.
Was bloated for a couple of days. I hope examestane will start doing it's job soon. Going to take about 12.5mg today.

Food today is going to be
oats and protein

800g chicken breast with 5-600g potatos (2 meals)

4-5 eggs with some whole wheat toast

500g yogurt with some peanut butter.
 
Wednesday 1 aug

Been eating really bad, had couple of rest days. I've been starting to see some really good results.
Didn't take any tbol today.
Gonna pin 100mg test prop today, took some aromasin (12.5mg). That stuff makes me really tired. It feels like it helped a lot because I started to get puffy nips (didn't hurt or anything). Got rid of some of the bloat as well.
 
Are you seeing cuts?

As in musclefibers? On some places.
I'm really vascular and shoulders look like footballs. Muscles are full most of the time even though my diet is shit.
Last week I've gone back to an unhealthy lifestyle tbh. Yesterday I got back on track with the diet and all.




Legday yesterday, had a really good workout even if I was tired all the time. Didn't really push myself but got a decent pump and veins popping on new places lol.

Belly fat is disappearing and strength is going up all the time. I really feel the test now.
I think I had really low test levels before I started this cycle.

I'm really surprised on how much this cycle has done for me in such a short time and low test dose.

I've only been pinning shoulders and now I'm starting to feel some pip so I have to start pinning on other places...

Shoulders and traps today (Monday 06 august)
Got a really good workout. Some pain in my right shoulder.

I've starting using straps during my back workouts (when I use heavier weights) and my elbow pain is almost gone.
Pain in my back/left leg is almost gone. I think it's the test somehow healing everything.

I'm on week 3 on my cycle I think and I'm really happy with it so far. Test prop is really amazing. I don't know how much the tbol did since I don't know how good quality of the tbol was to begin with.


People are telling me that I'm in really good shape and big and all that. So that's an indication that everything is going good :)
I don't wanna grow to fast since it's illegal to use gear. So I'm gonna keep my calories low.

I'll do a bulking cycle this winter.

Tuesday 7 aug

Did bis and tris. pinned right shoulder (have to start pinning other bodyparts lol)
Still on 75mg ot.
Still taking aromasin 12.5mg eod.
Tog 10mg of cialis 1 day before this workout and I got a crazy pump!
Workout was just an easy and light workout.

Had couple of whole weat sandwiches with carnipro before my workout (waking up hungry everyday)
malodextrine and whey protein during workout.
500g ground beef with 200g rice.
5 eggs.
500g greek yogurt.

Wed 8 aug

Had some oats and carnipro for breakfast.
Was bored so went to the gym and just did some light arm and shoulder workout to get a pump. Getting more vascular each time I work out.

Had some bcaa with maltodextrine during workout.
Post workout meal was some chicken and fries.
250g ground beef with some rice.
5 eggs
500g greek yogurt.

Hey bro! Been really busy lately and haven't had much motivation to train and update.

I usually get motivation back when I get a good pump, which I'm getting 80% of the workouts.

Been pinning only shoulders until now. Have to start pinning other muscles.

Never had this problem before but, got gerd from the orals I think.

It's the 14th of august today and I'm stopping with the orals. I don't know if I should take 50mg of winny or keep taking the 75mg tbol.

Trained bis and tris today, got crazy pump. The vascularity was gone when I got home. I had oats and protein 2h before workout and eggs with whole wheat toast 1h preworkout.

Gonna try on empty stomach tomorrow and see if I get a better workout.
 
I haven't done that many cycles so I never had this issue. This is the first time I've gotten it. And yeah you can get GERD/acid reflux from orals since they can be hard on your stomach/intestines. Google it :)
My appetite has gone up considerably and I'm in a deficit so I think that affects it as well.
ACV helps against GERD.


Reason why I'm still in a deficit is because I'm growing really fast and I don't want unwanted attention. Another reason is because I don't want to get fat since I live a very sedentary lifestyle right now.

I've taken a break this week from taking 75mg tbol. Taking 4 liv 52ds tabs and about 1-2g of NAC everyday.
I'm starting with the orals again on monday. Most people are recommending TBOL so I'm gonna take your advice presser.
Presser why do you recommend tbol over winstrol?

Diet has been the same throughout the cycle. Some days I haven't had much food though.
I feel really tired and unmotivated (that's my own fault! Been smoking for 1-2 weeks. I quit 2 days ago.) weight's are getting lighter and lighter every time.
I have been off the orals for some days now and I'm still adding weights every workout.


I'm already on week 5 I think, this cycle is really short. But I've seen some really good results!
This goes to show that you don't really need high dosages to get good results.

Oral issues with Gerd are often culprit of sluggish gall bladder.

Acid reflux is symptom and anti acids make worse.
Too much bile no room for acids,
Then less acids slower digestion and next comes more issues!!!

I've read and heard that orals in general do this, GERD acid reflux etc.
Does tbol do it more so than other orals?
