THX "simple" cycle log (Test prop+OT+Exe+Win)

Hopefully I got real TBOL then :satan:
I've read and heard that orals in general do this, GERD acid reflux etc.
Does tbol do it more so than other orals?
I have heard a few guys complain about tbol and dbol as well and other Anadrol.

What I have gotten was constant feeling of acid at throat. Belches and as time went on I have gotten bad bloating and gas pain in stomach. Nothing would help.
I noticed each time this happened I was also not as regular in bathroom and even behind.
I ABONDONED oral before because of this or tren ace. And I also did prilosec 2 week thing.
But really with me it's gotten so unbearable that I figured out 2 things to do and I clear up.
1- use laxative and flush myself out, just one day recommend use 2x
And other thing is put finger down throat and puke up all the bile out stomach.
Sorry if graphic but it's what it took and fixed. Immediately.
Yellow bubbly bile and alot of it had to be puked up.
Then I figured out by talking to other guys to stay on top of being regular and this doesn't become an issue.

I have gotten this from both orals even Cialis and tren a. I have gotten it almost every run of certain orals and tren a in particular.

For whatever reason part of orals 17aa ones in particular impair liver and bile flow.

Progestins like tren also cause bile emptying of stomach to slow and constipation to occur. This research has came from women and time of month that progestins elevate and cause bloating, cramping, acid reflux and even puking bile.
It varies woman to woman of course and age as well.

So the culprit lies within there.

I researched this because I had issues myself. Cabar helps with 19Nors but at same time another type of agent that increases prolactin and blocks dopamine for neausea and stomach issues called
METOCLOPRAMIDE!!!

So this is weird stuff if u really look into it.
Regardless I have found that healthy high fiber diet, lots if veggies and plenty of flushing power prevent the issue from orals and tren.

You're 100% right about eating a lot of fiber! That helps a lot too. I try to eat a little bit of veggies with every meal. And I usually take like a teaspoon of psyllium husk with my last meal (greek yogurt).

A lot of people claim that fiber helps get rid of toxins. Don't know if this is true or not.
One thing that I know is that it feeds good bacteria. Forgot the name of that type of bacteria and what part of the intestines it is in. If you don't eat enough fiber that type of bacteria will start to "climb" up to different part of the intestines in search for "food" and that's when you get some stomach issues.

I didn't get any issues when I was taking dbol or anadrol. This is the first time but I'm also taking a lot (75mg tbol) and I'm on a deficit as I've mentioned before so that's probably why I'm getting it now.



My workout today was shit. Probably because Tbol is now out of my system. Looking forward to monday, gonna start with the orals again, still don't know if I should go with winny or tbol....
Took 300mg of caffeine. Shit only made me tired (or maybe its because I stopped smoking and the THC is still stored in the fat cells and is released slowly when I workout).
I worked out on a empty stomach. Had a tbsp of peanutbutter with my greekyogurt before bed. Thought that was gonna give me some energy but no....



Need some advice from you guys. I workout in the morning right after I wake up on a empty stomach. If I have oats I get tired and sleepy.
Today was the first time I was tired when working out on a empty stomach.
Any suggestions on what to do? (since I got on the juice I wake up hungry every morning. which I usually don't do when I'm not on anything.)

I forgot used Apple cider with blueberry and honey
A few table spoons per 8 oz warm water!!

I also taje probiotic with digestive enzymes 3x a day and plenty of yogurt and activia!!

Made some Tbol yesterday, 50mg/ml in 90-95% ethanol. Started taking 75mg tbol today (2018-08-19).

Pinned left shoulder today because I hate pinning glutes (pinned both glutes last 2 times).
Did back and biceps today. Took 400mg caffeine, I think that's the sweet spot for me. Good energy in the beginning. Weights felt so light.
Got good pump in my bis at the end.

Legday tomorrow, it's really hard to get a good pump in my legs. Gonna go heavy tomorrow but next time I will go really light and do a lot of reps.

On pinning I have done this,
I find my hip spot which I know well.
From hip across to glute I pin that whole upper area it's a whole hand of pinning space, lots of room to space out.

I use 25ga 5/8"

I also pin my lats time to time and my Lower outer thigh, but hate thigh!! It is hard to not move. I sit on a step and put dumbbell on floor extend my leg with big toe against dumbbell. Thigh relaxes in this position and pin goes thru like butter.
But still hate thigh.

My shoulders too much scare tissue from test suspension and winny back in day. But I still use shoulders for IGF and suspension or bases!!!

So hips favorite and then I learned that whole area from hip to glute spot is all good. Just watch for viens. Mine are visable and have maybe 3 per side to avoid.

I been pinning everyday since Jan because I love short esters and choices I chose.....

Haha sorry I meant I dissolved TBOL raws in alcohol. Had it laying around for like 3 years if not more lol!
Test prop is in amps I believe it's human grade. Simec tested and all.
Tried to dissolve aromasin/examestane in oil (since it's better absorbed by the body if you take it with fat), took really long time of heating and shaking and it still didn't fully dissolve. Later found out that some pharma companies use ethanol/alcohol to dissolve it I think 20mg/ml in alcohol or something.

I'm gonna try it!
Wish I had some orange needles, I'm going to order some next time. I'm using blue ones now.
I used to pin my quads a lot back in the day, hurt like HELL! Now people are saying it's bad to pin quads....wish I knew that when I was younger.
Yeah I fucked up my shoulders now I think. Feels like I'm getting scar tissue buildup since I've mostly been pinning shoulders.
I get no pip though and everything has gone pretty smooth. But I only pin 1ml eod so it's nothing.

Same here brother, love test prop! And since it only has a detection time of 2 weeks and kicks in really fast it's one of my favorite steroids.

Been off for a couple of days. Couldn't train, barely slept, didn't eat that much food. Taking a break from the aromasin. I think 25mg eod was way to much. Gonna try 12mg eod next week.
Eventhough I didn't train/eat/sleep I'm getting stronger. A lot stronger. I got no energy at all. I lowered my dose to 50mg of tbol today. Just because I have no energy and I feel lethargic all the time.
Had an ok bis/tris workout yesterday but not much vascularity (maybe the lights were bad or something in the gym because that room was dark). Pump was "ok".
I look a lot fuller it feels like since I stopped taking the aromasin. I look like I'm in really good shape when I wake up in the morning.

I'm going to try to eat more food now, an extra meal or something. Wish I had some GHRP-6 because my appetite is nonexistent.
 
I've been sick past week stopped injecting almost a week ago. So I stopped the cycle 1 week before I should've. Don't see why I should be pinning and taking anything when I can't train when It's only 1 week left of the cycle.

Been taking examestane (12mg eod) gonna keep taking it for a month or 2.
 
Been more than a week now since I took my last shot. I've gotten weak as hell, mostly because I got sick. Up til now I've been happy with my cycle even though I fucked it up in the end.
I've been taking about 12mg of examestane ed now because got a "bad feeling" in my titties ;)

I've already planned my next cycle and I know exactly what to do now. I did this cycle to start from scratch and learn, mostly from my mistakes. (most of them were obvious though)

My next cycle will only be about 6 weeks. I don't feel that I need more than 6 weeks. I'll know how bad my natural production got shut down.

I lost a lot of weight probably because I couldn't eat while I was sick. I don't get good quality sleep at all. Sweat a lot during nights. Wake up a lot.
Appetite is getting better (probably because I'm off the orals now) and also my pee is almost clear today (used to be red/brownish)
My balls has not shrunken like on test cyp (longer cycles)

Next cycle will be similar but it all depends on what gear I can get my hands on. I will keep it simple as always.

w 1-6 test prop: 150mg eod (525mg ew)
w 1-6 O-t: found my sweet spot and its 50mg. More then that will give a little more gains but a lot more sides, not worth it. If I don't have enough O-t I'll jump on winstrol 50mg ed when I finish my O-t
w1-11 examestane: 12mg eod.


I'll wait about 3 months before I start this cycle. If I get my hands on some test base I will take about 50mg 2h pre workout.

Still to soon to say anything but up until now I'm happy with my cycle and it gave good quality gains with moderate AAS dosages even though I was in a caloric deficit.

I never had gyno issue but I use nolva 10mg a day with most runs...

As I've mentioned in the other thread I'm really pleased with the cycle and I have to say that this was one of my fav cycles even though I cut it short by 1 week (only did 7weeks).

I did this cycle because I haven't taken anything in a very long time so I'm starting over and did a beginners cycle. The whole point of this cycle was to learn from mistakes and I made plenty of them!

I'm going to start taking examestane 1 week before I start pinning next time.

Recovery should be dose dependent but at the same time I took a lot of orals so that should have effected my recovery negatively but I didn't feel that it did.

You like training high? Only asking cause u said u smoke weed daily and I know guys who smoke up just for the purposes of getting high right before weight lifting and they love it like it's some pre workout miracle lol

One of the guys is a beast or use to be anyhow as I haven't seen him in years but curious if it like that to?

I tried once and pulled a neck muscle lol I hate weed anyhow but thought I'd give it a go a long while back and it didn't go so well lol

I was reading this thread again because I'm gonna do a new cycle, haven't seen your post until now lol!

When I started smoking a lot, I used to get high before workouts and get really good pumps (and of course post workout) :)
And I was the strongest guy at the gym. No hardcore gyms though lol!
I think it depends on what strain you got.
Now days it mostly ruins my workouts. I need the aggression, mind to muscle connection, being explosive and all that.

But if you need to relax, there is no better medicine than weed.
 
New Test prop + win cycle 2018-12-13

Started a new cycle yesterday. I was gonna do a test cyp + tren ena cycle but I'm to lazy to filter everything again.
So I'm doing a test prop short cycle instead.

Week 1-...Winstrol: 50mg ED
Week 1-6 Test prop: 150mg EOD
Week 1-10 Examestane: 12mg EOD
Thought I was gonna get crazy pip because I pinned 2ml first time. Everything went smooth. No Pip. Pinned right glute. I'm looking forward to working out because I felt the test or win working very fast :)


 
2ml shot in left shoulder(saturday 2018-12-16). My pinning technique is really bad. Got a little bit sore but. Only took 25mg win. Had a rest day. Took 12mg examestane.

Today is back day.
 
Late update: Haven't done anything different (with training or food) gotten some crazy results within a week! (bigger delts, less fat, more vascular and at the same time fuller.)
Usually I don't have much energy when I'm going to the gym. I take 50mg winny couple of hours pre-workout. Get some crazy energy when I start working out.

Sounds crazy but I stopped taking ZMA because and tingling in the tits was gone within a day.

I hope recovery will be as fast as last time, if so, I'm going to stick with these short 6week cycles.
